Bi-Annual Drain Service

The cost of our 6 month contract is charged at a reduced rate which depends on how many toilets/sinks/drains/pipe exist.

Every 6 months we do a total clean of all the pipes, drains, sinks, toilets, this will include an initial total descale and wash down of all the manholes and gullys, a complete clean of any waste pipes and stack pipes down to the manholes and a full engineers report.

Any blockages that that company then gets in the 6 months of the agreed terms will receive a further reduced rate for the duration of their contract.

CCTV Drain Survey

Any cctv work or dig up or pipe replacement work needed will be charged at the normal rate during contracts.

All CCTV drain surveys will be carried out by our senior drainage engineers and a full drainage report will be made of all work carried out along with any CCTV reports.
