Terms and Conditions apply. All bookings are non refundable. All bookings are payable for the first hour then subject to charges in 30 minute increments. Manual Clearance definition is to clear using manual rodding equipment or via a cabled handheld machine. Rooting and Jetting are charged at a higher rate as per our standard pricing. Our offers for fixed price clearance are exclusively at our discretion and to an hour that suits the engineers diary, a property within 3 miles of sw15 5ae taking no more than 20 minutes to clear the blockage once started. Beyond this time or area our standard call out rates will apply.
